Shipping policy

At this time, we ship Trading Card Game (TCG) singles only. Sealed product, accessories, and other items are currently available for in-store pickup only (unless otherwise stated).

What are your shipping options and rates?

We offer the following shipping methods within Canada:

Standard Bubble Mailer (Untracked) $3 flat rate

  • Ships in a protective bubble mailer
  • Up to 20 cards per order
  • No tracking included
  • Free on all orders over $50

Canada Post Xpresspost (Tracked)

  • Fully tracked and insured
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • Recommended for higher-value orders or faster delivery

When do orders ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped:

  • Untracked orders will not receive a tracking number
  • Tracked orders (Xpresspost) will receive a Canada Post tracking number by email

How are cards packaged?

We take card protection seriously:

  • Singles are sleeved and may be placed in top loaders or semi-rigid holders
  • Cards are secured to prevent movement during transit
  • Orders are shipped in padded bubble mailers
  • Our goal is to ensure your cards arrive safely and in the same condition as listed.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Untracked Shipping (Bubble Mailer):
Because this option does not include tracking or insurance, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped.

Tracked Shipping (Xpresspost):
If your tracked order is lost or damaged, please contact us and we’ll work with Canada Post to resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within Canada only. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes! Free in-store pickup is available at checkout for local customers.
